About the Role:

Join our dynamic Marketing & Business Automation team at Citykart, one of India’s fastest-growing value retail chains! We’re looking for a data-driven and creative professional to manage our CRM & Loyalty Programs, enhancing customer engagement across all Citykart stores nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns via SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS across stores.
• Prepare insightful CRM and loyalty reports – member base, redemption %, ROI, and engagement metrics.
• Analyse customer retention, churn, and repeat purchase behavior.
• Manage escalations related to loyalty points, coupons, and rewards.
• Deliver actionable insights to enhance customer experience and program performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive loyalty initiatives and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in CRM or loyalty marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Eazyrewardz preferred).
• Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for data-driven customer engagement and brand loyalty.
