Executive/ Sr. Executive- Accounts For Pharma Formulation Company Pune

1.Financial Reporting & MIS

• Preparation and analysis of

  weekly, monthly, and annual MIS reports

  , financial statements, and variance reports for management review.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for manufacturing and operational activities.
• Monitoring plant-wise expenses and supporting profitability analysis.

2. Exports & Imports (Pharma Operations)

• Handling overseas transactions related to

  export and import of pharmaceutical formulations, APIs, excipients, and packaging materials

  .
• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and banks for

  LC, bank realization certificates (e-BRC), shipping bills, bill of entry, and export documentation

  .
• Accounting of foreign currency transactions, exchange rate differences, and reconciliation of export proceeds.

3.Banking & Treasury

• Liaison with banks for

  loan documentation, working capital limits, BG/LC

  , and export incentives.
• Ensuring timely submission of export/import documents and compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations.

4.Statutory Compliance & Taxation

• Preparation and timely filing of

  GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)

  including pharma-specific input tax credit monitoring.
• Handling

  Income Tax compliances

  , TDS returns, and coordination for assessments.
• Ensuring compliance with

  PF, ESI, Professional Tax

  , and other labor-related statutory requirements.
• Preparation of monthly statutory compliance status reports for management.

5.Audit & Assessments

• Handling

  statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits

  , and coordination with auditors.
• Supporting

  GST, Income Tax, PF, and other statutory assessments

  with proper documentation.
• Ensuring audit readiness through proper record maintenance and reconciliation.

6.Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

• Vendor onboarding and master data management as per company SOPs.
• Processing vendor invoices for raw materials, packing materials, utilities, and services.
• Performing

  vendor reconciliations

  , GRN matching, and timely payment processing.
• Coordination with procurement and stores for discrepancy resolution.

7. Accounting & Documentation

• Maintaining accurate accounting records in

  Tally/ERP

  in compliance with accounting standards.
• Proper documentation, filing, and record retention as per

  pharma regulatory and audit requirements

  .
• Supporting internal controls and SOP adherence.

Knowledge Required

• 5-8yrs experience with

  MS Excel (advanced functions preferred)

  and

  Tally/ERP

• Good understanding of

  GST, Income Tax, and labor laws

  applicable to pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
