Department: SponsorshipsLocation: Mumbai (with travel during IPL season- Jaipur)Reports To: Manager SponsorshipsRole OverviewThe Executive Sponsorships will play a critical role in supporting the growth and management of Rajasthan Royals sponsorship portfolio. The role involves driving new partner outreach through industry insights, creating compelling sales and partner servicing materials, assisting in workflow and task tracking, and managing select sponsorship accounts during the IPL season.This position requires strong organizational, creative, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment like the IPL.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Acquisition & Insights
- Conduct research and deliver industry insights to identify new categories and potential partners.
- Support outreach efforts by creating target lists and assisting in first-level engagement.
Sales Collateral & Presentations
- Design and develop sponsorship decks, proposals, and pitches tailored to prospective partners.
- Ensure all documents and presentations adhere to brand guidelines and communicate value effectively.
Workflow, Asset & Task Tracking
- Assist the Sponsorship Manager in tracking deliverables, timelines, and key partnership tasks.
- Maintain trackers for contractual rights, ensuring all sponsorship assets are delivered in full and on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, digital, on-ground, operations) to ensure asset execution across media, stadium, and digital platforms.
- Support reporting by collating evidence of asset delivery (photos, videos, data, media clippings).
Account Management
- Manage certain key partner accounts during the IPL season, ensuring fulfillment of rights and smooth servicing.
- Act as a point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring clear communication and delivery of assets.
- Support in preparing post-season partner reports to showcase value delivered.

- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong working knowledge of trackers, CRMs, and AI tools to streamline sponsorship workflows.
- Ability to manage asset delivery processes across digital, broadcast, and physical activations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, sales, or client servicing, preferably in sports, media, or entertainment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients and ensure asset delivery will be a strong advantage.
