About The Role

We’re looking for a

designer who thinks in space

, not just visuals. Someone who believes that

every wall is a canvas

, every space a story, and every touchpoint a chance to inspire.You’ll be responsible for bringing the Rajasthan Royals identity to life across

physical environments

from

hospitality lounges

and

stadium fan zones

, to

training centers

and

café culture

.This is not your typical designing role. You’ll work at the intersection of

design, gifting, experiences, technology

, and

storytelling,

creating environments that are

memorable, premium, and meaningful

Key Responsibilities

Design spatial experiences that reflect the Royals brand across stadiums, training facilities, lounges, press areas, HPC, and gifting.
Lead design for the Royals Café at the High Performance Centre in Talegaon—a space designed for players, coaches, scouts, and trialists, blending coffee, cricket, culture, and conversations.
Work across touchpoints—walls, signage, seating, lighting, material selection, gifting, and thematic storytelling.
Collaborate with branding, cricket operations, fan experience, digital, and partnerships teams to align ideas with objectives.
Build moodboards, mock-ups, presentations, and collaborate with vendors for execution.
Keep an eye on new tools and trends—from AI-powered design tools to interactive elements that elevate spatial design.

What We're Looking For

5 years of experience in experiential design
A positive, young, assertive mindset with a hunger to create new-age, premium design experiences
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Familiarity or eagerness to learn tools like SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, or AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Figma AI plugins
Experience in working with moodboards, pitch decks, 3D layouts, and production-ready art
Someone who loves working across teams and brings solutions not just slides

Bonus If You

Have worked in sports, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brands
Are passionate about cricket, pop culture, design trends, and creative storytelling
Understand materials, fabrication, signage specs, or production workflows
