Recommend topics based on audience needs and market trends (demographics)
Review scripts for accuracy, clarity, and simplicity
Ensure messaging aligns with financial regulations and channel goals
Set the tone of voice (e.g. conversational, expert yet friendly)
Help balance educational value with takeaways for audience
Suggest visual styles and reference formats that suit financial content
Review pilot episodes or sample videos for feedback
Ensure financial information is accurate and not misleading
Stay updated on changes in personal finance laws/regulations if needed
Guide content for different audience segments (young earners, families, retirees)
Suggest growth strategies (collabs, playlists, community-building)
Evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns across digital platforms, providing insights for optimization
Ensuring timely content scheduling and consistent posting across all social media platforms

Skills:

Sound understanding of personal finance topics (e.g., saving, investing, insurance, taxation) to ensure content credibility and relevance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with writers, designers, video editors, and compliance teams
Keen eye for evolving content trends, formats, and audience behaviour in the digital and personal finance space
