Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in Non-IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of various non-IT roles, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT roles
Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and other innovative channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on interview status
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
Manage offer roll-outs and post-offer engagement
Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary

Key Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of Non-IT recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and multitasking abilities

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
MBA in HR (Preferred)
