Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in Non-IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of various non-IT roles, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT roles
• Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and other innovative channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on interview status
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Manage offer roll-outs and post-offer engagement
• Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of Non-IT recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and multitasking abilities

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
• MBA in HR (Preferred)
