Executive / Senior Executive Travel Operations

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive - Dubai Travel Operations at Continente Voyages Pvt Ltd, located in Pune (Dhole Patil Road), your main responsibility will be to manage day-to-day travel arrangements and consulting to ensure efficient travel management for clients. Your role will involve coordinating travel plans, providing exceptional customer service, and liaising with customers to address their travel needs. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline, and visas. - Process flight and hotel bookings along with necessary visa and passport applications for tour packages. - Maintain records of hotels, flights, and client-based information. - Liaise with agents in person, over the phone, or via email to discuss their travel requirements. - Make and confirm bookings with ground suppliers. - Issue relevant documents such as time-wise itinerary, meal charts, and vouchers. - Research destinations and keep up to date with travel industry news. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in travel operations or a similar role. - Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and agents. - Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple bookings and travel arrangements efficiently. - Knowledge of visa and passport applications procedures. - Ability to research destinations and stay updated with travel industry trends.
