Job Description

Executive / Senior Executive Procurement

Float
RFQs
and collect quotations from approved vendors and suppliers.
Prepare
comparative statements (CSTs)
and assist in commercial evaluations.
Issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and manage logistics coordination.
Maintain vendor and material master data in ERP/SAP systems.
Coordinate with site, store, accounts, and planning teams to verify material requirements.
Support in vendor negotiations, rate finalization, and basic contract terms.
Track inventory levels and manage
reorder cycles
to avoid delays.
Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation for audits and MIS.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering / B.Com / BBA / Diploma (Civil/Mechanical preferred);
MBA in Supply Chain is an advantage.
36 years of experience in procurement or purchase roles in
construction/infrastructure
sectors.
Familiar with basic commercial terms, taxation (GST, TDS), and vendor management.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, ERP/SAP
, and e-procurement portals.
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
