Position Statement

We are seeking a PMO & Onboarding Specialist to strengthen project governance and delivery while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This role will standardize project processes, enhance reporting transparency, and accelerate employee readiness by aligning PMO frameworks with onboarding best practices.

Work Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience : 3-6 yrs

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Operations

  • Customized projects and dashboards in Jira to streamline project tracking and reporting, contributing to improved project management processes.
  • Create and deliver executive-level dashboards and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, providing accurate program status and health reporting.
  • Utilize MS Project Planner for project scheduling, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle simultaneous project portfolios, managing prioritization and reporting while maintaining high levels of accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction.

Onboarding Process As and when we have joiner

  • Coordinating with HR for new joiner details (Date of Joining, Reporting Manager).
  • Collecting 90-day plans from RMs and ensuring approval from

    Business Head

  • Providing access to AI-ML tools, GitHub, GitLab.
  • Laptop allocation for new joiners (team standard: minimum i5 laptops).

AI-ML Access

  • Raising tickets for AI-ML access.
  • Ensuring completion of

    Responsible Use of AI

    training before granting access.
  • Coordinating with Infosec for training assignment if not available.
  • Confirming signed undertakings from users and their RMs.

Laptop Management

  • Raising PRs for new laptop requests.
  • Maintaining documentation of laptop inventory and assignments.
  • Ensuring team laptops meet i5/i7 standard (default allocation is i3).

Notion

  • Tracking development issues and work items.
  • Maintaining all documents in Notion for easy reference.

Internal Coordination

  • Acting as point-of-contact for internal queries.

Procurement

  • Raising PRs for laptops, software licenses, server licenses, and renewals.
  • Including correct details in PRs:
  • Adding proper description and memo

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
