Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Assist in the completion of pre-employment paperwork, background checks, and other onboarding requirements.
Provide new employees with a warm welcome and help them acclimate to the organization. Ensure the onboarding kit arrangement of Emp Code, ID Card, E-mail ID, Laptop, SIM card, Induction schedule on-time.

To send recovery advices to finance department on a monthly basis of those employees who are availing credit facility.
To prepare and submit inclusion & exclusion particulars of employees to the Insurance Company as per the time schedule (Group Mediclaim Insurance, Group Personal Accident, Professional Indemnity Insurance).
To submit claims to Insurance Company on a weekly basis.

To maintain sufficient stock of gift for the newborn and issue the same to the employees.
Assist to ensure and support Engagement activities across coroara

To provide necessary details for preparation of HR/MIS report on time.
Monthly Attendance closure and LOP report to payroll

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate productive discussions and outcomes.
Assist and address the Attendance (Kronos), Payroll (Exceility), Oracle HCM support and related queries
