Executive/ Senior Executive - HRBP (On Contract)

As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to employee engagement, talent management, and HR dashboard maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include: - New joinee connect: Conducting onboarding sessions for new employees at 1 week, 3 months, and 6 months intervals across GAC and MI&A, ensuring the buddy process is followed, and executing the MI&A bootcamp every quarter. - HR Dashboard: Building and maintaining an HR dashboard to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations. - Employee Engagement: Driving employee engagement initiatives based on VIBE survey results, floor feedback, leadership connect, active employee conversations, and exit conversations. - Talent Agenda: Supporting BHR leads in running the talent agenda by assisting with people initiatives, ongoing activities, and creating communication materials for engagement programs. - People Connect: Regularly engaging with individuals and teams across departments through formal/informal catch-ups and recommending follow-up actions to address employee concerns. - Attrition Management/Retention: Conducting exit chats, analyzing reasons for exits, suggesting process modifications, and performing timely RAG analysis. - Performance Management: Managing the PMP process, including goal setting, mid-year and annual assessments, in partnership with HR CoEs. - Learning and Development: Assessing learning needs, curating training programs for GAC and MI&A, tracking Udemy and Coursera usage, and collaborating with CoEs to drive the central learning agenda. - Leadership Connect: Ensuring the execution and tracking of leadership connect sessions for employee/team catch-ups. - Employee Engagement Platforms: Driving quarterly/monthly employee engagement and team effectiveness platforms.
