Job Description

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting new joinee connect sessions during week 1, 3 monthly, and 6 monthly intervals across GAC and MI&A. It is crucial to ensure that the buddy process is meticulously followed to provide a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, you will be tasked with owning and executing the MI&A bootcamp every quarter. A key aspect of this position involves building and maintaining an HR dashboard to effectively identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes. You will also play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement initiatives across various locations for GAC and MI&A. This will involve conducting in-depth analysis of VIBE survey results, floor feedback, leadership interactions, active employee conversations, and exit interviews to develop and implement engagement strategies. Furthermore, you will collaborate with BHR leads to drive the talent agenda for the year through various people initiatives and calendarized activities. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the creation of communication materials for engagement programs and facilitating ongoing people connect sessions with individuals and teams through formal and informal catch-ups. It will be essential to proactively recommend and support follow-up actions to address any employee concerns that may arise. In addition, you will be involved in attrition management and retention efforts by conducting exit interviews, analyzing reasons for attrition, and proposing necessary changes or modifications to existing processes based on timely RAG analysis. You will also be responsible for managing the PMP process, including goal setting, mid-year assessments, and annual evaluations in collaboration with the CoEs in HR. As a key partner to the CoEs, you will assess the learning needs of employees and develop tailored training programs for GAC and MI&A segments. You will drive the central learning agenda, monitor the usage of platforms like Udemy and Coursera, and recommend strategies to enhance learning opportunities. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the execution and tracking of leadership connect sessions to facilitate employee and team interactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving quarterly and monthly employee engagement and team effectiveness platforms to enhance overall employee experience and performance.,
