Key Deliverables: Coordinate delivery of welfare items to vessels and maintain accurate inventory records Curate and upload daily news bulletins to the PARIS portal for seafarer engagement Support documentation and reporting processes from debrief sessions Plan and coordinate social engagement activities for seafarers and families Role Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for seafarer support during onboard emergencies Ensure compliance with documentation and welfare guidelines Assist in executing tasks delegated by the Fleet Care department head Maintain ongoing communication with logistics, internal teams, and vendors
