Bachelor s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education SAP Certification - Good to have . Deep process and technical knowledge of Source to Pay business processes Relevant exp in ARIBA P2P (Buying & Invoicing)/Ariba Commerce Automation/Ariba Sourcing/Ariba SLP/Ariba Contract (Should have exposure in at least two modules) Exposure to Supplier enablement activities Good understanding & Experience of Master data & Transaction Data Integration with different ERP systems - SAP ECC / S4 HANA / non ERP systems using CIG/ITK/Webservices/REST APIs At least 4 End to End implementations in Ariba (2 for Consultant) Passion for problem solving and the ability to propose and recommend solutions Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, including helping others solve complex problems Passion for self-learning and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with others Experience in capturing business requirements and improving processes and systems. Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex processes and influence a wide range of stakeholders. Very good in Client interactions Should be able to lead team for specific modules Understanding of Agile way of working as part of a global cross functional team to deliver solutions to our customers
