As an Executive-Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role involves achieving individual sales targets and implementing strategies to enhance store profit. You will greet customers warmly, understand their requirements, and guide them to suitable products while driving sales through suggestive selling. Remote selling activities may be required to maximize customer reach. Additionally, you will handle customer queries, provide excellent service, educate customers on product details, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve individual sales targets and execute company strategies - Greet and engage customers, guide them to products, and influence buying decisions - Conduct remote selling activities as needed - Perform priority selling for aged stock - Cross-sell to HNI Customers - Handle customer queries and complaints - Pack products in front of CCTV camera for online orders - Receive customer returns and perform quality checks - Gather feedback from customers for business improvement - Ensure accurate entry of customer details after purchase - Check product details and accuracy post-sale - Inform customers about special offers and enroll them in schemes - Coordinate customer order placement for timely delivery - Count and record daily stock - Maintain visual merchandising guidelines and product freshness - Generate customer leads and increase footfall - Support in-store events and exhibitions - Stay updated on competitor products and market trends - Adhere to grooming standards and SOPs - Prepare and submit sales reports - Acquire knowledge in all store sections and seek self-development opportunities - Identify training needs and complete mandatory programs Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: HSC - Age: Below 35 - Experience: 3 to 4 years Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India Salary Range: As per industry standards (INR),
