As a Sales Executive at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role is to achieve individual sales targets and execute company strategies to enhance the store's profit. You will greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner, engage with them to understand their requirements, and direct them to various products while influencing their buying decisions. Your responsibilities also include: - Driving sales through engaging customers with suggestive selling - Conducting remote selling activities as requested by superiors - Performing priority selling to minimize aged stock - Conducting cross selling/cross promotion to HNI Customers - Handling customer queries and complaints effectively - Providing excellent customer service and educating customers on product details - Packing products in front of CCTV camera for online orders - Handling customer returns and Old Gold - Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with the Manager - Ensuring accurate entry of customer details after purchase - Checking product details, weight, and invoice accuracy post-sale In addition to your key responsibilities, you will also be involved in: - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in various schemes - Coordinating customer order placement with SCM/MBMG - Counting & tallying stock on a daily basis - Transferring stock to the locker daily and reporting sold stock to the section head - Executing visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining product display quality - Generating customer leads and increasing footfall - Supporting in-store team in event management and product exhibitions - Building awareness of competitors" products and services - Adhering to company grooming standards and SOPs - Preparing sales reports for Senior Management as required Malabar Gold & Diamonds values professionalism, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.
