Executive Sales & Business Development

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting the sales team in managing meetings/calendars, distributing sales documents, preparing and following up on sales quotations for clients, handling export shipments, sending export samples, tracking them till they reach clients, coordinating with clients until they receive export shipments, and liaising between departments, transporters, and clients to provide timely services. Additionally, you will manage client issues, provide customer support, handle CRM, prepare reports, and assist in compiling sales data. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in managing meetings/calendars and distributing sales documents - Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales quotations for clients under the guidance of the sales head - Handle export shipments and send export samples, tracking them until they reach clients - Coordinate with clients until they receive export shipments - Liaise between departments, transporters, and clients to provide timely services - Manage client issues and provide customer support - Handle CRM, prepare reports, and assist in compiling sales data Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate with chemical industry experience OR MBA in Marketing preferred - Minimum 1 year of experience, female preferred Please note that the yearly CTC for this position is up to 3.0 lakhs. You will report to the Manager Sales.
