Executive - Revenue Cycle Management

Role Overview

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to manage end-to-end revenue cycle processes including billing, charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management
• The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of medical billing processes, and experience working with US healthcare systems

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete revenue cycle process including patient registration, charge entry, coding support, billing, and collections
• Prepare, submit, and track claims to insurance companies (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers)
• Perform payment posting, reconcile payments, and identify underpayments or discrepancies
• Handle denials and rejections, perform root-cause analysis, and reprocess claims
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Maintain accuracy in medical billing documentation and coding (ICD-10, CPT)
• Coordinate with providers, coders, and payers to resolve claim issues
• Monitor AR (Accounts Receivable) aging and follow up on outstanding claims
• Generate RCM reports and ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
• Ensure timely collection of payments and improve revenue cycle efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, US Healthcare, or Medical Billing
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes, EOBs, AR workflows
• Familiarity with medical billing software (Athena, Kareo, NextGen, Epic, eClinicalWorks, etc)
• Strong understanding of insurance guidelines and claim processing
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, reporting tools, and documentation
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in specialty billing (Radiology, Anesthesia, Emergency, etc)
• Knowledge of RCM KPIs (AR days, First Pass Rate, denial rate)
• Experience with EDI transactions and clearinghouses
