We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter with a strong background in BPO and IT hiring. If you're a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and understands the nuances of BPO operations and IT services, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle executive recruitment for roles within the BPO and IT domains, including VP, Director, and C-level positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies
• Source top-tier executive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and industry-specific platforms
• Screen, interview, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for both client needs and company culture
• Create detailed candidate summaries and present shortlists to clients
• Negotiate offers and close candidates while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and CRM systems
• Stay updated on BPO and IT industry trends, talent movement, and salary benchmarks

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of executive recruiting experience, with proven success in the BPO and IT sectors
• Strong understanding of BPO functions (customer service, operations, delivery, support) and IT roles (software development, infrastructure, project management, etc.)
• Exceptional sourcing and headhunting abilities—especially for hard-to-fill leadership roles
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Familiarity with ATS systems and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
