As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

Utilizing a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, you will attract high-quality candidates and build a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Proactively engaging with passive candidates and attracting top talent will be part of your sourcing and pipeline management responsibilities.

Job Summary:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles for technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing methods.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate records.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT or software development.
• Solid understanding of technology stacks and technical job roles (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Full Stack, QA, etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
