Strong knowledge of raw material procurement, production scheduling, market research, and supplier negotiations is essential. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in data analysis are key qualities for success in this role. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in cosmetics production would be an advantage.
