Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HACCP Certification.
Assessment of hygiene practices at the premises and the food safety practices followed by food handlers.
Training and evaluation of food handlers.
Assessment of practices in line with the defined procedures and systems.
Inspect and assess food storage, raw material, vegetable transfer from supplier vehicles to stores, sorting & washing of food materials, chopping & cooking standards, and personal & operational hygiene.
Evaluate the waste management and disposal process at all stages.
Inspection of washing of dishes, utensils & other pots used for cooking, etc.
Evaluation of daily food sample collections done by the food vendor.
Conduct supplier audits and GAP assessment audits as per frequency.
Maintain documentation of audits done and compile the trackers and trends.
Full inspection report per month, and share the audit report with evidence and non-conformities in line with food safety.
Conduct audits based on hygiene requirements on a monthly basis and submit reports to the management.
Timely NC closure and findings.
Conducting trainings as per the training calendar.
Audit the HACCP standards at all the food handling areas.
Evaluate kitchen & service work safety on a regular basis.
Inspect and verify the trackers maintained on wastage, water & energy sources.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with a degree/PG in Food Technology, having a minimum of 2-3 years' experience
