Role & responsibilities 1. Know the calibration of coffee machines. 2. Know the definition and process of brewing a perfect espresso. 3. Is able to froth the milk and make coffee as per the standard. 4. Has the basic knowledge about speciality coffee beans and coffee machine. 5. Knows the descriptions, recipe and serving standards of all hot and cold beverages as per SOPs. 6. Stock and refill inventory such as coffee cups, straws, napkins and utensils; supervise inventory levels and communicate when necessary to ensure inventory is not low or out. 7. Follows the cleaning and hygiene guidelines. Preferred candidate profile Should have 1-2 years experience as Barista or Asst. Barista at any caf or in a hospitality industry.
