Executive QMS

Required Male/Female Executive in Production department for Zeiss Pharma Ltd, Samba.

Experience - 5+ Years (Injectable experience preferred Only)

Roles and Responsibilities: -

·        To carry out the day to day production activity, and achieve the production target.

·        To ensure that all production activities are carried out in compliance with the cGMP.

·        To strictly adhere to the standard operating procedure and documentation practice.

·        To follow the health and hygiene and safety requirements.

·        To record and maintain the daily report.

·        To take charge of all the production activity of the shift and coordinate with the other colleague in the     Department in different shifts.

·        Responsible for preparations of SOPs & MFRs.

·        To ensure that the equipment, Instrument and area are validation and calibrated as per schedule.

·        To coordinate with engineering Department for planned preventive maintenance of the production Equipment.

·        Responsible for Risk assessment, Impact assessment, Gap assessment, Change control, Deviation, and URS preparation.

·        Responsible for preparation of market complaint investigation.

·        To carry out the process as per the standard protocols and validated process.

·        To plan for the monthly production plan in coordination with superiors and planning department.

·        To plan the weekly and day to day production activity in coordination with the subordinates and superiors.

·        To report and document Incidents, Change controls or any deviations immediately to the superiors.

Preparation of production report/yield report on daily basis.
