Executive - Purchase & Logistics

Required Purchase & Logistics Executive for the electrical project industry.

Experience required: 2 to 4 years

Location: Vatva, GIDC (Ahmedabad)

Responsibility:

o Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to freight transportation

o Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedule

o Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing

o Ensure that internal teams recommend the most advantageous transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency

o Researching and identifying potential suppliers & Vendor Registration in term of account

o Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery

o Responsible for utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures

o Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to the requirements

o Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for management

o Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods

o Placing orders for goods and services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, Prepare PO, day-to-day update

o GRN entries are cross-verified as per purchase bill or invoice

o Coordinated with the storekeeper for available stock.

o Prepare a comparison sheet for all suppliers's quotations.

o Reviewing purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and completeness.

o Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

o Maintain Supplier/Vendor List with all details

o Manage dispatch material and their documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
