Job Description

Post : Executive - Purchase (From Automobile Industry)

Qualification - BE(Mechanical/Automobile)

Location : Chakan, Pune

Experience : 3-5 years relevant exp. in sourcing and purchase of heavy engineering fabrication, press components, welder components, sheet metal, steel material.

CTC Range - 5 to 6 lakh pa

Reporting to - Head SCM

Responsibility:

- Procurement of fabricated components, sheet metal parts, stainless steel material, industrial consumables, mechanical and electrical components, gear box, fasteners, welding part, machining part, press part, pipes.

- Conduct thorough price comparisons to ensure cost-efficiency.

- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices.

- Develop new vendor connections to get good quality, timely delivery of material and cost savings wherever applicable.

- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.

- Collaborate with internal teams for materials requirements.

- Good knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001 & IATF

Skill Required

- Strong interpersonal skills for better working with internal & external stakeholders High on integrity.

- Good communication skills (verbal & written), analytical and effective networking skills, leadership skills and team player.

- Proficiency in MS Office
