: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel. Manage the office calendar, schedule meetings, and assist in organizing company events. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages. Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms. Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating resources and access cards.
