Job Description

Job Title: Electronics Hardware Design Engineer

Experience:

Job Summary

Electronics Hardware Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop
analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit
Create
schematics and PCB layouts
using industry-standard EDA tools
Select electronic components and prepare
BOMs
Perform
hardware testing, validation, and debugging
using lab instruments (DSO, multimeter, power supplies, logic analyzer, etc.)
Support
prototype bring-up
and design iterations
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
Ensure designs comply with
EMI/EMC, safety, and regulatory standards
Prepare
technical documentation
, design reports, and test procedures
Assist in
production support
and field issue analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
2–3 years of hands-on experience
in electronics hardware design
Strong understanding of:

Analog and digital electronics
Power supply design (SMPS, LDOs, DC-DC converters)
Microcontroller-based hardware design

Experience with
PCB design tools
Ability to read and interpret
datasheets, schematics, and layouts
Proficiency in
hardware debugging and troubleshooting

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with
Spectroscopy
Knowledge of
EMI/EMC mitigation techniques
Exposure to
certification standards
(CE, FCC, UL, IEC)
Basic understanding of
embedded firmware
interaction
Experience with
prototype assembly and rework
Knowledge of
signal integrity and power integrity
