Job Title: Executive - Purchase

Division/Company/Entity: ASSA ABLOY

Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat

Position Summary

looking for an Executive Purchase for our manufacturing plant SMI, Jamnagar. This person shall be based out of Jamnagar. He/ She will be responsible to procurement and job work and manage strategic relationships with Supplier and Job worker.

Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure the procurement process as per the defined policies, and procedures.
Ensure timely procurement of material.
Ensure the controls over the purchasing budgets.
Focusing on reduction of vendor concentration risk
Relationship management with the existing vendors
New vendor development as per Assa Abloy Standard.
Ensuring that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly.
Ensure the standard data capturing method.
Supervising & motivating the team members
Reviewing the performance of sub-ordinates & provide them the required guidance.
Identifying the training needs
Proper housekeeping of general premises by the team
