Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning & Execution
o Develop and manage project timelines.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, testing, procurement, and manufacturing.
o Ensure milestones are met across design, proto, validation, dispatch, transfer to production phases.
• Stakeholder Management
o Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and customer to align on specifications and deliverables.
o Present project updates to senior leadership and manage customer expectations.
Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelors in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
• Experience: 35 years in automotive brake system development, preferably with exposure to 2 Wheeler platforms.
• Tools: PLM systems
• Methodologies: Familiarity with APQP, FMEA,QMS
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
