Executive Production

1. Vehicle Unloading & Material Handling

• Supervise and coordinate the unloading of incoming coconut consignments from vehicles.
• Unloading & weighment will be followed by as per allotted procedures
• Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage and minimize spoilage.

· Lot allocation & storage area to be mention for unloading of nuts on regular basis

• Maintain records of incoming deliveries and update relevant teams.

2. Production Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with production teams to plan daily feeding requirements based on production targets.
• Adjust feeding schedules as needed to align with production demands and raw material availability.
• Report challenges or deviations to the Production Manager for timely corrective action.

3. Stock Monitoring

• Check and verify opening stock of coconuts daily and share updates via WhatsApp/Drive with the concerned team/management.
• Monitor closing stock at the end of each day to track usage and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper record-keeping for audit and reporting purposes.

4. Feeding Report & Data Entry

• Enter daily feeding reports accurately into Google Drive or the designated system.
• Track stock movement, including intake, usage, spoilage, and wastage, for reporting and analysis.

5. Spoilage & Rejection Management

• Segregate spoiled, damaged, or rejected coconuts from usable stock.
• Record quantities of rejected coconuts for yield and spoilage analysis.
• Implement preventive measures to minimize losses and maintain quality standards.

6. Nut Grading & Quality Control

• Monitor and maintain the grading of coconuts as per quality standards.
• Ensure only approved-grade nuts enter the production line to optimize processing efficiency.

7. Stock Rotation & Bin System

• Follow the bin system to ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) stock usage.
• Verify that older stock is fed into production first to minimize wastage and spoilage.

8. Team Supervision

• Supervise feeding area staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Train employees on proper handling, grading, and feeding procedures.
• Monitor adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the feeding area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
