Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online
  • Develop workflows, forms, web parts, and site templates using MS Power platforms and SharePoint Framework.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, integrating with SharePoint and other Microsoft services.
  • Customize SharePoint sites as per requirement
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable SharePoint solutions.
  • Integrate SharePoint with external systems and data sources using SQL Server, Power Platform connectors, and custom APIs.
  • Implement security best practices, governance policies, and site administration protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, access, and content management.
  • Efficient in creating and tracking project plan and deliverables.

Required Skills

  • Development experience in SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Designing.
  • Experience building and customizing SharePoint workflows and solution/applications.
  • Power BI (data modelling, dashboard/report creation)
  • Good to have Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure.
  • Experience with integrating SharePoint solutions with external APIs and third-party services.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in cloud-based SharePoint environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good to have Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-400, or MS-600.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and integration with SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, modern UI development, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Soft Skills

  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication, collaboration and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
