Executive - Pluming Engineer

Job Description – Plumbing Engineer Executive

Mission:
To effectively lead the planning, execution, and quality assurance of plumbing and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with safety standards, and coordination with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Coordination

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to integrate plumbing services with other disciplines.
• Align plumbing activities with the master construction schedule.

2. Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day plumbing and MEP-related site work (including HVAC, fire-fighting, and electrical as needed).
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety norms.

3. Planning & Scheduling

• Develop detailed plumbing execution plans and resource schedules.
• Track progress and implement corrective measures for delays.

4. Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure work meets quality standards and codes.
• Approve method statements, shop drawings, and testing protocols.

5. Cost & Resource Management

• Review BOQs, approve material submittals, and monitor consumption and manpower deployment against budgets.

6. Technical Issue Resolution

• Identify and resolve design or site execution conflicts in coordination with consultants.
• Ensure seamless integration of all MEP services with no service clashes.

7. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Oversee testing and commissioning processes of plumbing systems.
• Ensure timely preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and system handovers.

8. Team & Vendor Management

• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians by providing technical guidance and resource planning.
• Monitor subcontractor/vendor performance and certify bills based on quality and progress.

9. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards at the site.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure PPE compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
