Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Executive to support our planning and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of written English, and an analytical mindset with a flair for working with numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist in day-to-day planning operations.
• Prepare and send professional emails with appropriate etiquette.
• Analyze data, trends, and forecasts to support planning decisions.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in creating schedules, plans, and timelines for projects.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and status tracking of deliverables.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of professional email etiquette.
• Good analytical and numerical skills; ability to work with data and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
