Job Description

As a proactive and highly organized Personal & Executive Assistant at Lean Apps, your role is crucial in supporting the CEO. You will enable the Executive to focus on strategic priorities while efficiently managing both professional and personal day-to-day operations with discretion. Serving as the right hand to the CEO, you will coordinate seamlessly, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication in our fast-paced remote environment. Additionally, you will provide personal assistance support by handling travel, relocations, errands, and lifestyle management to maintain a well-balanced personal and professional life. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Executive Support** - Manage CEOs calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements. - Oversee invoice management, approvals, and coordination with project managers and finance team. - Act as the direct point of contact between CEO and stakeholders. - Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and assist with email management. - Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. - Support special projects, research tasks, and team events. - Ensure the CEO is equipped to manage daily priorities efficiently. - Follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met and prepare business reports. - **Personal Assistance** - Coordinate personal travel arrangements and lifestyle management. - Manage memberships, renewals, and day-to-day tasks. - Organize events, gatherings, and provide discreet support. - Handle sensitive personal matters with confidentiality and flexibility. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. - Strong communication skills in English. - Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities. - Proven discretion in handling confidential matters. - Experience in a multicultural workforce, preferably in tech environment. - Proficiency in engaging with C-level executives. - Familiarity with CRM tools, collaboration platforms, and project management tools. - Comfortable balancing professional and personal support tasks. - Demonstrated long-term commitment and loyalty.
