Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant based in Siliguri. The Executive Personal Assistant will support executive-level staff, assist with managing schedules and appointments, perform administrative tasks, and organize daily activities. The role includes handling correspondence, maintaining records, performing clerical duties, and ensuring smooth communication between the executive and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Communication, including verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and competency in Diary Management and handling scheduling tasks
• Clerical skills, including filing, documentation, and record maintenance
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
