Role Overview: As a member of the HR team at noon, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting employees with relocation, handling employee queries, ensuring HR systems" accuracy, and contributing to engagement activities and wellness initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include acting as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, supporting HR audits, and identifying improvements in People Services processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end onboarding process, including coordinating with internal teams and conducting induction sessions for new joiners. - Oversee end-to-end offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth exit processes and coordinating documentation, clearance, and final settlement. - Assist new joiners with relocation by arranging hotels and airline tickets. - Track probation confirmations, contract extensions, and maintain accurate records in the HRMS. - Handle employee queries, coordinate with insurance providers, and manage enrollments and claims. - Maintain timely updates in HR systems and ensure data accuracy in employee e-files. - Support in planning and executing engagement activities and wellness initiatives. - Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. - Support HR audits, ensure complete documentation, and compliance with internal guidelines. - Identify and propose improvements to People Services processes and tools for enhanced efficiency and experience. - Provide adhoc support to the People Service team. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or people services. - Solid understanding of HR processes, departmental dynamics, and inter-departmental relationships. - Good knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR processes, and statutory compliance. - Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. - Adherence to company policies and procedures. - Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace. - Ability to collaborate with the team and deliver work efficiently.
