Executive - Parts Management

As an Executive Parts Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete inventory operations for banking service brands. Your main role will involve ensuring a smooth flow and accountability of materials across regional warehouses and field locations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory accountability for banking service brands. - Handle the inward of stocks (Banking EDC Machines and accessories) from brand partners to regional warehouses. - Coordinate deployment of stocks from regional warehouses to ASPs and field engineers for installation and break-fix calls. - Ensure collection of defective units from field locations back to the warehouse after call closure. - Support the spare parts executive in validating defective units before returning them to the brand. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and stock movements. - Ensure timely reconciliation and settlement of inventory with brand partners. - Travel frequently to monitor inventory flow and coordinate with regional partners and engineers. Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in parts/inventory management (preferably in banking equipment or similar hardware domains). - Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory (to coordinate with North, West, and East zone partners). - Strong coordination, accountability, and reporting skills. - Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
