Job Description:

1. Admissions & Application Management

• Stay well-informed and up to date on admission processes, eligibility criteria, timelines, and entrance examinations for universities in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland, and other study destinations.
• Complete and submit online and paper-based applications to overseas universities on behalf of students.
• Track, follow up, and ensure timely submission of pending documents and manage pending university offers.

2. Communication & Coordination

• Address and resolve queries from branches and associates via email and phone calls.
• Coordinate with branches/associates to obtain required documents, payments, and other application-related information.
• Maintain strong and positive working relationships with branches, associates, and stakeholders.

3. Student Support

• Assist students throughout their application process, providing guidance on documentation, timelines, and university requirements.
• Ensure students receive timely updates and support to enhance their application experience.

4. Events & Institutional Engagement

• Actively participate in company-organized education fairs, university visits, workshops, and in-house seminars.
• Represent the company professionally and contribute to the success of events by engaging with students, parents, and educational partners.

• Proficiency in MS Office and online application systems
• Problem-solving and customer service orientation

Working hours are 10:00AM - 6:30PM (Monday to Saturday) Alternate Saturday's working.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
