Executive - Operations Control Center

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction at Medanta in Gurgaon. Your primary responsibilities will include managing Home Care appointments, handling customer complaints, calls, and having knowledge of Home Care Services. You will also be responsible for tracking customer experience and performing Home Care operations assigned by your supervisor. Key Responsibilities: - Managing Home Care appointments including Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home - Handling customer complaints and follow-ups - Handling both inbound and outbound calls - Having knowledge of Home Care Services - Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services - Performing Home Care operations assigned by supervisor Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in healthcare/service industry/BPO Additional Details: Over the past 15+ years, Medanta has established itself as a leading provider of world-class multispecialty care in India.
