Job Description

Manage end-to-end ticket raising and resolution across marketplaces (Myntra, AJIO, Tata Cliq, Nykaa Fashion, Brand.com).
Create tickets for
return-related issues
different item received, damaged products, QC failures, short returns, and any order-level discrepancies.
Ensure all tickets are raised, updated, and closed strictly
within defined TATs
.
Follow up with marketplaces, respond to queries, and provide supporting documents wherever required.
Conduct
RCA for rejection and dispute cases
and share findings with relevant internal teams (warehouse, operations, category, etc.).
Raise and track B2B or business-related tickets; ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate daily MIS for tickets and circulate reports to stakeholders.
Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to verify claims and ensure correct representation on marketplaces.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in
e-commerce operations / marketplace management
.
Strong communication and email-handling skills.
Familiarity with marketplace partner portals and ticketing workflows.
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with strong follow-up capability.
