Purpose of the Job

The resource will be responsible for owning the recruitment operations for end to end candidate lifecycle, offer roll out, document verification, background verification, on-boarding, joining formalities, Vendor Invoicing, Employee Grievances etc.). Ensuring 100% adherence on Compliance & Quality through frequent audit/analysis of data and defined recruitment processes. Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency through automation reporting.

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

Process Responsibilities

• Accurate & correct candidate data being captured in the Application Tracking System
• Defect free document verification and personal file audit for shortlisted candidates before the date of Joining
• Audit HR & Operations assessment sheets to ensure they are duly filled and complete
• Ensuring that employee codes are generated within the specified timelines
• Accurate and timely roll out of appointment letters

Ensuring updated statutory rules modifications

People Management Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales HR for Onboarding and Documentation Ensure that employee grievances are resolved in a timely manner.
• Train and Educate HR team on onboarding process anc concepts
