Job Responsibilities: -

Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery, utilities, and instrumentation systems.
Monitor and maintain critical systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressors, water treatment, and process control instruments.
Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems for uninterrupted production.
Coordinate installation, commissioning, calibration, and validation of new equipment and instruments in compliance with GMP standards.
Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, calibration records, SOPs, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
Lead a team of operators/technicians, ensuring adherence to safety, GMP, and EHS standards.
Liaise with production, QA/QC, and engineering teams for smooth operations and quick resolution of equipment issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, energy efficiency, and automation enhancements.
