Role Overview: As a Dcor Sales Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the store team is driving Dcor category sales and adhering to operational excellence guidelines to create a delightful experience for customers. Your main goal will be to drive sales through store staff, maintain customer satisfaction levels, and execute on-ground demand generation activities.
