Executive MIS

Job Title: Executive – MIS / Data Analyst

Qualification:

• Any Bachelors Degree.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or MIS functions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports submitted to management and other departments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and consolidate data.
• Support financial analysis, business forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Identify process improvements and suggest automation where feasible.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF/COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
• Good understanding of business processes and reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Languages Preferred:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting/finance concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,685.29 - ₹30,764.08 per month
