Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, preparing accurate MIS reports, and supporting the sales team with actionable insights. The role requires expertise in lead generation data tracking, conversion analysis, and strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and presentation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, maintain, and analyze data related to

    lead generation, sales pipeline, and conversion ratios

    .
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly

    Sales MIS reports

    .
  • Track and monitor lead flow from generation to conversion, providing insights to improve performance.
  • Analyze sales performance, targets vs. achievement, and prepare presentations for management review.
  • Generate dashboards and reports to highlight sales trends, customer acquisition patterns, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the sales and marketing team with data-driven insights for strategy building.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all MIS reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather and validate information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in

    Advanced Excel

    (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts & Graphs).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Good understanding of

    lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion data analysis

    .
  • Excellent

    presentation skills

    (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver reports within deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 35 years

    of experience in Sales MIS / Data Analytics role (preferably in sales-driven industries).
  • Experience in handling large volumes of data and creating management dashboards.
