Purpose of the Job

: Execute Preventive maintenance jobs Carry out Break-down maintenance as well as analyse the reason for failures via maintwiz

Major Responsibilities

: Assist in implementation of predictive maintenance activities Ensure high order of Housekeeping of machines Implement energy conservation projects Co-ordinate with production, technical and planning department for smooth work flow Plan and execute Improvement plans Provide training to workmen Deploy and manage the maintenance crew of the section / zone Achieve profit centre norms Spares management Assist in implementation of Sustainability projects, Energy projects and modernisation activities in co-ordination with D&S section. Maintenance of material handling equipments(MHEs) and lifting equipment. Grievance handling of subordinates Ensure proper documentation of Maintenance Activities
