Job Description

We are in the business of energy solutions through LPG. For Retail business ( Domestic+ Ho-Re-Ca segment ) , we use Franchisee route. This role has a dual action i.e. one focused on digital marketing for Retail & other the classic retail business support to sales for growth in the Retail business.

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate , collate all content , data related to Digital marketing in Retail ( Network creation , Branding , Campaigns , Database Marketing , Social Media posting inputs etc. ) . Executes it in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team . Measure the KPIs, generate reports , analytics and plan the remedial ways for excellence.
  • Driving various Retail initiatives and support to Sales team through Selling tools , Promotional materials , Advertisements, Trade Fair & Exhibitions, Workshops , Events , Customer & other Insights ( NPS etc. )

Preferred candidate profile

Retail exposure is an advantage ; working knowledge of digital marketing is a must


Good at excel working, PPT , data analytics , report preparation.

Strong analytical skills and an eye for details , be the driver of the activities , team player and leadership traits for coordinating & facilitating the Sales Managers & Stakeholders, able to pull out clarity out of grey areas / understanding among stake holders ( few cases )

    , where prior experience is crucial to avoid delays and misalignment.
  2. The position manages

    key digital marketing activities

    (campaigns, branding, analytics, KPIs), which require hands-on expertise to deliver error-free and timely outputs.
  3. Strong

    analytical, reporting, and insight-generation skills

    are a must, as these directly influence leadership decisions and impact Retail performance.
  4. An experienced resource can

    study market trends, analyze performance patterns, and proactively bring in newer initiatives

    that support growth.
  5. Retail initiatives like

    promotions, events, activations, selling tools, and franchise enablement

    need someone who can independently plan, execute, and close tasks without constant supervision.
  6. An experienced resource ensures

    consistency, quality, and faster turnaround

    , mitigating risks of rework, miscommunication, and operational delays.
