We are searching for experienced, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your responsibilities include conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings is crucial. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, and demonstrate efficiency in gathering market and customer information for negotiations. Collaboration with team members is essential; gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with the internal team to achieve better results is part of the role. Record keeping of sales and other information in CRM, along with providing accurate data and feedback to the team and managers, is also required. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive with good verbal and written communication skills and strong business-related knowledge. A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, self-motivation with a result-driven approach, as well as proficiency in MS Office are necessary. Hands-on experience working with CRM software would be an added advantage. The preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) with an MBA in Sales & Marketing.,
