Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Point of Contact for handling enquiry/RFQ Understanding overall sales target and ability to achieve the same Understanding the RFQ and working on pricing of products and document preparations Working on sampling requirements - Outstanding sampling position update to customers at every stage and maintain TAT. Ensure order related all information approved samples, color standards are received on time, shade and quality approvals are received on time. Ensure timely reporting of customer complaint/feedback with required information to concerned department. Communicate and co-ordinate with customer on RFQ, samples and order related work Co-ordinating with other departments for sourcing/ RFQ/ sampling/ quality/ finance/ logistics related work that helps in business conversion and account management Assist the team members on sales operations for business conversion and account management Data Management / Maintain MIS for efficient reporting Proactive and speed in work assigned by Manager Preferred candidate profile MBA with Marketing Specialization 1-2 years of experience in sales of garments/apparel exports industry in similar target oriented capacity/relevant role Must possess excellent communication skills (Oral & Verbal) In depth knowledge of the textile and garment industry Must have hands-on experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoints Work Location : Saltlake Sector V
